HOW DO I ORDER MY SURFBOARD?
There are several options to place an order. The quickest and preferred option is to fill out an online order form, however if this isn’t possible you can email your specifications through info@chixstix.com.au . If you prefer to speak to someone about your choice of board please call
02 49 826621, and someone will return your call ASAP.

HOW CAN I GET SURFHARDWARE EXTRAS FOR MY SURFBOARD…..COVERS, GRIPS, LEGROPES, FINS etc
We are lucky to have the leading surf hardware manufactures “FCS Surf Hardware” and "Ocean and Earth" products on hand, and we can offer you huge savings on these products. Have a look at our prices then compare them to other surf stores, you will be sure to grab a bargain. We have bundled together packages of assorted colours to save you even more money. You can purchase these separately or have them placed with your order.  

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY SURFBOARD?
We require a 10% or $100 deposit before commencement of your surfboard and full payment prior to freight. This can be made through the following options;

HOW MUCH TO HAVE MY SURFBOARD DELIVERED?
We have a flat state by state rate to make it less confusing for you. Your delivery includes FREE insurance, packing and handling. Our courier service provides freight door to door. We can’t send to PO boxes and prefer a work address or an address that someone will be home as they are unable to call upon approach. However we will email you all details so you can track your surfboard daily.

HOW IS MY SURFBOARD PROTECTED THROUGH FREIGHT?
Your surfboard is wrapped in bubble wrap, plus extra cardboard on the rails for extra protection. It is then placed in a specifically designed cardboard box for extra protection. This process takes 30 mins, however the extra time is to ensure your precious surfboard is well looked after. All freight includes FREE insurance, however due to quality packing, this service is rarely used.

CAN I CHANGE MY SIZE SPECIFICATIONS ON MY SURFBOARD?
All our team riders have designed and tested these boards, and we have created this system so it is easier for you to order your board. However if you prefer to order a dimension that isn’t listed, that certainly isn’t a problem for the shaper.

CAN I ADD TO MY ARTWORK?
Absolutely!!!! Our artist can do pretty much anything you like. Our designs are often copied, however we don’t blame them, we think they're beautiful to, and therefore changing your artwork makes it more personalized. We can add extra flowers, drawings, nicknames etc to your chosen design, or design your very own from scratch.
